Each Asst. Instructor is selected and trained personally by Master Fuller.
They are selected not only for their martial arts ability but also for their high moral standards and leadership qualities.
They must complete a rigorous two year Instructor Training Program ( ITP ) , with ongoing classroom , dojo and offsite training. After which they must achieve 1st Degree Black Belt status before becoming a full
Certified Instructor.
