Mixed Martial Arts
Hidden Dragon Karate is proud to be the first school in the area to teach the Bas Rutten System of Mixed Martial Arts. (MMA) This system is a mixture of Kempo Karate, JuJitsu Grappling and Muay Thai Kickboxing. You will be taught the art of submission (choke, armbars, leg locks, pressure points, ect) along side Combat Kempo and Thai striking techniques.
Each class is taught by a CERTIFIED MMA Instructor.
Training in this system is a very challenging and intense, so get ready for the workout of a lifetime!!!
